The Opportunity: Strategic Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a talented individual with 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within financial services or technology. The day-to-day responsibilities of the Marketing Executive will include:

  • Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Creating compelling content for digital platforms, including website, social media, email, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Managing SEO, PPC, and paid media strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Supporting product launches and client communications with targeted messaging and collateral.
  • Collaborating with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Analysing campaign performance and reporting on KPIs to inform future strategy.
  • Maintaining and evolving the company’s brand identity across all touchpoints.

Desired Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing environment. Experience in financial services, RegTech, or SaaS is highly desirable.

Preferred skills include:

  • Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO best practices.
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
