- Article 3(3)(d)
 - Article 24(1), 24(2), and 24(4) of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD)

The first reference period includes Y1, H2, Q4, or X2 2023.

For AIFMs

ESMA’s Reminder on Data Completeness
ESMA has flagged frequent omissions in AIF002 submissions, particularly:

 - Redemption/Withdrawal Rights – Field 209A

These fields are essential for supervisory analysis and must be completed in all future submissions.
