| Year 1 | As a member of our Data Operations team, you will get experience working with a wide range of financial data and the importance of data quality management. You will gain an understanding of secure data operations and hands on experience with AI and ETL tools. |
| Year 2 | As part of our risk and compliance team, you will work directly with large financial institutions. You will gain experience in investment funds risk, compliance and regulatory reporting.
You will get experience with helpdesk management and customer support. |
| Year 3 | Working with our Data analytics team, you will gain experience with data analytics and Business Intelligence Working with our DevOps teams, you will and gain an understanding of modern cloud DevOps and architecture monitoring. |
| Year 4 | You will gain knowledge of cyber security and of technology management, including product development, testing and release management in an ISO compliant environment. You will have the opportunity to get involved in new product development and the end to end process of bringing new products to market. |
