As our company responds to COVID-19, the health and safety of our employees and clients remains our top priority. The work we do here at Funds-Axis is very important to us and we’re committed to being there when our clients and colleagues need us most. On this basis, we have enacted our Business Continuity Plans (“BCPs”) and our employees are all working from home and making use of our well established remote working technologies. This is the right decision to minimise the impact on our employees and their families and on our clients. Our BCP processes continue to enable us to be fully operational and to provide a full service level, with no serious disruptions to clients.
We will continue to support our employees through this and encourage them to socially distance themselves to ensure the safety of others and themselves. Remote working and self-isolation can be very challenging for mental health as humans are social animals! To do our bit to make sure our employees feel supported and social, we’ve set up a daily Teams lunch call to catch up and share some laughs. We’d encourage any of our employees that would welcome some company to join the call and enjoy your lunch with us.
Some of our employees have also signed up to be Self-Isolation Helpers in their local area, helping the elderly, people with underlying health problems and anyone that has had to self isolate. We would encourage our followers to sign up and help where you are able to – even small acts like checking in with your neighbours can make all the difference. There is a map available where you can register to help – or ask for help, if you need it.
