We believe it is important that staff continually receive training to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to carry out their jobs to the best of their ability.
This week we had training on the Fundamentals of Trading and Investment which was held over 3 evenings in the Management School at Queen’s University Belfast. It was attended by all staff including the interns that are joining us this summer.
The training was very insightful and provided us with a comprehensive overview of the different trading and investment techniques which exist and the theories behind them.
Thanks to Queen’s University Management School for 3 days of great training and for use of the Bloomberg terminals in the First Derivatives trading room.
We all received certificates for completing the course and in the picture you can see some of our staff proudly holding them for the camera!!
