We held our first training course of the year on UCITS Investment and Borrowing Rules in London on the 28th February. There was strong interest in attending the course from our clients and a range of other fund managers across the UK. In total 23 delegates were in attendance.
The course was facilitated by our Managing Director Darren Burrows who is an expert on the UCITS regulations. Content covered over the day included UCITS eligible assets, UCITS investment rules, transferable securities and an examination of open versus closed end funds.
The feedback from attendees was very positive with many providing high ratings for course content, the facilitator’s knowledge of the subject areas and the training materials provided.
